Blanc is one of the main characters of the Hyperdimension Neptunia Series. Her hobby is reading. She normally has a quiet personality, but when she snaps, no one can stop her. Once transformed, she discards her quiet nature and is almost entirely aggressive. She is the most bloodthirsty of the four CPUs. She debuted in the Hyperdimension Neptunia Collaboration Event Part 1. and came back again on Part 2. She was only obtainable through gacha using the Yellow Heart Tokens or Hyper Dimension Tokens.

Blanc's weapon can be upgraded up to rank 5, using Dimension Essence, to unlock new passive skills. Each rank requires more fragments, as shown in the table below.

Passive

Blanc uses Faith to fuel her abilities, it ranges from 0 to 100, and recovers 1 point every second. Attacking an enemy with Basic Attacks also recovers Faith.
She also has a 10% chance to inflict Frosting on hit. Frosted enemies are slowed down by 10% and increased Ice Damage received by 10% for 8 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
= Avalanche =
Blanc strikes her axe forward, performing a 3 hit combo and doing a total of 370% Ice Damage.

= Storm =
Blanc performs an upward combo lifting up her enemies, before spinning down creating a huge storm and dealing a total of 380% Ice Damage.

= Frost Burst =
Blanc smashes the ground causing ice spikes to erupt all around her with every ground pound, dealing a total of 480% Ice Damage.

= Frozen Slash =
Blanc quickly swings her axe forward creating a huge ice crystal in the process, which in turn explodes at the end, dealing a total of 860% Ice Damage.

= Ice Bomb =
Blanc hurls a ball of ice and strikes it with her axe, sending it forward before exploding on contact, sending multiple icycles in all directions, carrying a 30% chance to freeze the target and dealing a total of 420% Ice Damage while also restoring 15 points of Faith.

= Avalanche Thunder =
Blanc gathers up all her strenght and smashes her axe into the ground, generating a huge avalanche of ice before hurling her axe into it, shattering it in the process, dealing a total of 1500%/1600%/????/????/2000% Ice Damage.

Fairies

Fairies are equipable items that can boost the Spirits stats. With different combinations you can fulfill pre-requisites for certain sets or links through the Kabbalah (Tree of Life). They are aquired through the completion of some stages, trading on the ingame store, rolling with either Heart Tokens or Friendship Tokens or by crafting. Each Fairy has a unique stat + random stats that roll when you aquire them. These random stats can range from 0 to 4 depending on the quality of the fairy. A 1 Star Fairy has 0 random stats, while a 5 star Fairy has 4 random stats. They also carry a cost value , ranging from 2 cost to 15 cost. All 1 and 2 star Fairies have a cost value of 2; All 3 and 4 star Fairies have cost value of 5; Most of 5 star Fairies have a cost value of 15, while others have 10.
