Kurumi Tokisaki
Kurumi Tokisaki is the third Spirit to appear. Due to her brutal actions, she is referred to as "The Worst Spirit". She is also the first Spirit to appear as an antagonist in the Date A Live series.

Kurumi's angel can be upgraded up to rank 5, using Binah Fragments, to unlock new passive skills. Each rank requires more fragments, as shown in the table below.

Passive
Kurumi has a resource called Time. It ranges from 0 to 100, and regenerates 3 points per second. Kurumi's skills, with the exception of City of Devouring Time, cost Time and have a 1 second cooldown.
= Zafkiel's Handles =
Kurumi performs a 3hit combo, with the third being able to hit both her front and the rear, doing 60%/70%/80% dark damage per hit.
= Spinning Slide =
Kurumi does a forward slide before starting spinning around, firing bullets and hitting enemies in all directions in an area around her, for 45% dark damage per hit.
= Sky Barrage =
Kurumi jumps vertically and shoots down in a diagonal angle, doing a 4 hit combo for 60% dark damage each.
= Shooting Gallery =
Kurumi winds up for a forward leap into frenzy of shots, executed from different angles at high speed, damaging all enemies in an area, with a 5 hit combo, each dealing 72% dark damage. She becomes invincible during this skill.
= City of Devouring Time =
Kurumi summons her City of Devouring Time by firing against herself. This creates a temporary damage over time effect that inflicts damage to enemies all over the stage, while also repleneshing her Time during it's duration.
