Neptune is one of the main characters of the Hyperdimension Neptunia Series. She has amnesia, but stays cheerful and energetic. This often aggravates both her friends and enemies. Sometimes her friends wonder if she is not faking her condition. She debuted in the Hyperdimension Neptunia Collaboration Event Part 1 and came back again on Part 2. She was only obtainable through gacha using the Yellow Heart Tokens or Hyper Dimension Tokens.

Neptune's weapon can be upgraded up to rank 5, using Dimension Fragments, to unlock new passive skills. Each rank requires more fragments, as shown in the table below.

Skills

Passive

Neptune carries Faith, ranging from 0 to 100, she uses it to fuel her Neptune Break skill. It can be recovered by hitting enemies with either basic attacks or skills.
There is also a 5% chance to inflict Bleeding on hit. It causes 20% Pure Damage, based on your Attack Power, per second and stacks up to 5 times for 5 seconds.
= Cross Slash =
Neptune slashes enemies with her sword, doing a total of 330% Physical Damage.

= Victory Puncture=
Neptune gathers her faith and conjures up to 5 giant swords before launching them at her enemies one by one, dealing 100% Physical Damage each.

= Cross Conclusion =
Neptune quickly shuttles back and forth 3 times while also damaging her targets caught in between, dealing a total of 350% Physical Damage.

= Storm Combo =
Neptune dashes and slashes enemies in a triangular form, creating a mark that explodes at the end, dealing a total of 720% Physical Damage.

= Neptune Break =
When Neptune reaches 100 points of Faith, she's able to temporarily unlock her full potential, resetting her skill's cooldown while also gaining 20% Additional Damage and 30% Damage Reduction.

= Dimensional Liberation =
Neptune quickly slashes the battlefield before jumping high up in the sky and plunging her sword onto the ground, creating a massive explosion damaging all enemies for a total of 1230%/1400%/1520%/1690%/1910% Physical Damage.

Fairies

Fairies are equipable items that can boost the Spirits stats. With different combinations you can fulfill pre-requisites for certain sets or links through the Kabbalah (Tree of Life). They are aquired through the completion of some stages, trading on the ingame store, rolling with either Heart Tokens or Friendship Tokens or by crafting. Each Fairy has a unique stat + random stats that roll when you aquire them. These random stats can range from 0 to 4 depending on the quality of the fairy. A 1 Star Fairy has 0 random stats, while a 5 star Fairy has 4 random stats. They also carry a cost value , ranging from 2 cost to 15 cost. All 1 and 2 star Fairies have a cost value of 2; All 3 and 4 star Fairies have cost value of 5; Most of 5 star Fairies have a cost value of 15, while others have 10.
