Kotori Itsuka

Kotori Itsuka is one of the main female characters of the Date A Live series. She secretly works as the commander of the <Fraxinus> airship, and is the one who gives support, via intercom, to the main character when he goes on dates with the other girls.

Kotori's angel can be upgraded up to rank 5, using Geburah Essence, to unlock new passive skills. Each rank requires more fragments, as shown in the table below.

Skills

Passive

Kotori carries Rage within herself, which fuels her skills. Ranging from 0 to 100, she gains Rage points by either hitting enemies with basic attacks or by getting hit herself. When she uses her Awakening Skill, switching into her Cannon Mode, Rage starts depleting 4 points per second until it reaches 0, reverting her back to Axe Mode automatically.
= Camael =
Kotori swings her axe 3 times, dealing 70%/80%/90% physical damage.

Kotori shoots out up to 3 fireballs forward in succession, passing through enemies and damaging them. Each fireball does 100% fire damage, and has a 30% chance to ignite the target.

= Flaming Retribution =
Kotori performs a rapid combo with her angel, moving forward and swinging her axe 3 times, dealing 340% physical damage, and deals 30% more damage to ignited enemies.

She charges her angel and fires a stream of fire forward, dealing 300% fire damage to all enemies caught up in it, and has a 30% chance to ignite the target.

= Infernal Judgement =
Kotori leaps forward slamming the ground with her axe, dealing 150% fire damage.

Kotori shoots out a projectile which explodes on the first enemy hit, turning into a black hole, pulling nearby enemies into it. The initial collision deals 30% fire damage, while the black hole deals 170% fire damage.

= Burning Hellfire =
Kotori stomps the ground with her foot, launching enemies into the air, and repeatedly slamming her axe on the ground, dealing 280% physical damage, while also leaving enemies ignited.

Kotori jumps and charges her angel to shoot a massive fireball diagonally to the ground, dealing 390% fire damage to enemies caught up in the explosion, while also leaving them ignited.

= Camael - Megiddo =
Kotori modifies her angel Camael by changing it from Axe Mode to Cannon Mode. She channels her power, before releasing a massive stream of fire, delivering 25 hits and 625%/750%/875%/1000%/1125% fire damage. If Kotori activates this skill again before running out of Rage, she'll revert back to Axe Mode by pointing Camael upwards and channeling her power into it, causing eruption of fire around her, damaging nearby enemies.

Fairies

Fairies are equipable items that can boost the Spirits stats. With different combinations you can fulfill pre-requisites for certain sets or links through the Kabbalah (Tree of Life). They are aquired through the completion of some stages, trading on the ingame store, rolling with either Heart Tokens or Friendship Tokens or by crafting. Each Fairy has a unique stat + random stats that roll when you aquire them. These random stats can range from 0 to 4 depending on the quality of the fairy. A 1 Star Fairy has 0 random stats, while a 5 star Fairy has 4 random stats. They also carry a cost value , ranging from 2 cost to 15 cost. All 1 and 2 star Fairies have a cost value of 2; All 3 and 4 star Fairies have cost value of 5; Most of 5 star Fairies have a cost value of 15, while others have 10.
